Tennessee Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, P.C. would like to announce that we are accepting applicants for the position of “Front Office Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant.” We are searching for a kind, energetic, motivated person who would have a sound understanding of the many responsibilities a Front Office Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant is required to perform including: greeting each patient with a smile and ensuring you provide excellent customer service to each patient, confirmation calls and texts, scheduling patients for new patient appointments and surgeries, establishing good relationships with our referring offices when they call to schedule or refer a patient, verifying insurances, inputting patients paperwork into our system accurately, and following all HIPAA guidelines.

Candidates are expected to work both with a team and independently to achieve ideal results. This position requires excellent attention to detail and next level thinking. This is a full-time position and dental medical experience is preferred, but not required. Hourly wage will be based on experience.
