The Boston Center for Oral Health (BCOH) is looking for a dental assistant to lead the flow of our back-office operations and support our team in delivering outstanding care.

Your Role:

As our dental assistant, you'll be the hub between our doctors, assistants, front office, and lab partners. Your job is to keep clinical systems organized, instruments sterilized, rooms prepped, and communication clear - so our patients receive seamless, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinical flow and manage patient transitions between treatment areas
Coordinate lab cases, referral, and digital records
Maintain clinical inventory and supply orders
Ensure sterilization protocols and infection control standards are met
Support training and onboarding for new clinical team members
Work closely with the front desk to ensure appointment readiness and minimize downtime
Assist chairside

Who You Are:

Experienced dental assistant (minimum 2 years)
A natural communicator and team builder
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
Tech-savvy (experience with digital charting and lab platforms is a plus)
