We are growing rapidly and looking for a talented Dental Lab Technician to join our in-house team and help bring beautiful smiles to life digitally and physically.

Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Lab Technician proficient in SmileFy and Exocad to support our same-day smile transformations. The ideal candidate has strong experience in digital design and fabrication workflows, with a passion for precision, aesthetics, and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

Design same-day veneers, crowns, and implant restorations using SmileFy and Exocad
Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure functional and aesthetic outcomes
Assist in 3D printing and milling processes as needed
Maintain accurate records and manage case flow efficiently
Help develop and refine digital workflows for optimal efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a dental lab technician (digital experience required)
Proficient in SmileFy and Exocad (required)
Strong aesthetic eye and understanding of smile design principles
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with same-day dentistry preferred
Familiarity with milling units, 3D printers, and related hardware is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
