What We’re Looking For

Dental office management experience is required for this location
A natural leader with an energetic, positive personality who understands the importance of this role as the cheerleader for the office
Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator, with excellent presentation and communication skills
Expertise in pre-op procedures, consent forms, and financial coordination
Strong understanding of dental financing, operational budgets, and profitability
Ability to analyze and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for practice growth
Strong leadership skills to foster a positive and productive team environment
Experience in doctor scheduling and optimizing practice efficiency
Confidence in presenting large and complex treatment plans to patients
Someone with high energy, a passion for building relationships, and a commitment to exceptional patient care
