We are looking for a highly motivated Dental Office Manager + Treatment Coordinator with extensive experience in the dental field to join our team and help us grow to the next level.

Responsibilities

✅ Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and excellent patient care

✅ Coordinate implant and treatment case presentations with strong communication and follow-up

✅ Educate patients on treatment options, costs, and timelines with clarity and empathy

✅ Manage schedules, patient flow, and team performance with a leadership mindset

✅ Present and manage financing options with knowledge of programs like CareCredit, Proceed, Cherry etc.

✅ Track case acceptance and coordinate follow-ups to ensure high treatment conversion

✅ Monitor office KPIs, collections, and support billing/insurance functions when needed

✅ Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless treatment delivery

Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years experience in a dental office management or treatment coordinator role

- Deep understanding of implant dentistry and full-arch cases (All-on-4, overdentures, etc.)

- Strong knowledge of third-party financing and payment plan options (HUGE plus)

- Professional, polished, and persuasive communicator – in person and over the phone

- Experienced with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.)

- Leadership qualities: organized, proactive, solutions-focused
