We are a fast-paced, patient-focused dental practice seeking a Dental Insurance Coordinator who can hit the ground running. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a collaborative team environment—we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Verify dental insurance coverage and eligibility
Submit and track insurance claims and pre-authorizations
Accurately post EOBs and reconcile accounts
Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding benefits and balances
Support front desk with scheduling, treatment planning and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Dental Insurance Coordinator (no training provided)
Proficiency in Eaglesoft software is required
Strong understanding of PPO plans, fee schedules, and claim processing
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
