We’re currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Orthodontic Dental Assistant who is looking to build a long-term career in dentistry.

Position Overview:
This position involves traditional chairside orthodontic assisting along with light front desk responsibilities, such as greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit team, values patient relationships, and is committed to growing with our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the orthodontist with procedures including bonding, debonding, wire changes, and impressions
Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral scans (iTero experience a plus)
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Maintain a clean, sterilized, and organized treatment area
Manage inventory and prepare trays/instruments
Provide light front desk support: scheduling & answering phones

Qualifications:

Orthodontic experience highly preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable, organized, and eager to be part of a team long-term
Familiarity with Orthodontic software is a plus
