We’re looking for an experienced, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to be the smiling face of Milk Tooth—a modern pediatric dental and wellness practice in Hermosa Beach!

What You’ll Do:

Greet patients and families with warmth and genuine care
Answer phones, texts, and emails with professionalism and kindness
Confidently verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to families
Schedule appointments with efficiency and accuracy
Make coffee or espresso drinks for parents while they wait

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have front office experience in a dental setting (pediatric experience is a plus!)
Understand dental insurance plans, verification, and basic billing
Enjoy creating a great experience for every family that walks through the door
Love staying organized while juggling multiple tasks
Are comfortable learning new software and systems
Have a warm, engaging personality and love working with a team
Appreciate a clean, beautiful workspace and joyful environment

Requirements:

1+ year of dental front office experience (required)
Working knowledge of dental insurance (required)
Experience with Open Dental is a plus
