Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office management, excellent leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of dental terminology , billing and compliance regulations. This role is essential for ensuring that our office runs smoothly, providing exceptional patient care while managing administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a high standard of patient care and service.
Manage scheduling, patient flow, and appointment confirmations to optimize office efficiency.
Supervise and train staff, including dental assistants and administrative personnel.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Handle human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Manage financial aspects of the practice including billing, collections, and budgeting.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate with dental team to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.

Skills

Proficiency in dental terminology relevant to dental practices.
Experience with dental billing and collections, managing AR ( account's receivable)
Strong background in dental office management with knowledge of best practices.
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Familiarity with human resources processes within a healthcare setting.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance in all aspects of practice management.
Financial management skills such as billing processes and budget planning.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, providers and venders.
Quick book experience to assist with payroll, production reports of associates and accounts payable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
