What does Monday through Thursday look like? Hygiene appointment times are 60 minutes for existing patients, 90 minutes for new patients, and time needed for SRP is determined by the hygienist. Quality care is the main pillar of our practice, so we ensure our hygienists have enough time to give each patient the attention they need.

Qualifications

Valid license as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Virginia
Strong communication skills
Professional demeanor

Responsibilities

Perform prophylaxis treatment for new (90 minutes) and existing patients (60 minutes)
Complete preliminary oral health exams and communicate findings
Perform scaling & root planing for patients in need of periodontal therapy
Document any treatment plans and care performed on patients
