Hey there! We’re looking for a down-to-earth, motivated associate dentist to join our private practice here in Des Moines. Our office has been around for decades, but we recently moved into a modern facility equipped with all the latest tech — CBCT, Glidewell Fastmill, and two iTero Lumina scanners.

We’ve got a huge and loyal patient base (over 5,000 active patients), and you’ll have plenty of support to hit the ground running — including two hygienists assigned to you from day one.

We focus on:

Invisalign
Cosmetic and restorative dentistry
Surgical procedures
Emergency care

…and we’ll help you grow in all of these areas if that’s what you’re looking for. There’s mentorship, hands-on learning, and a team that really does have your back. It’s a fun environment, and our staff genuinely loves what they do.
