Champlain Smiles, Inc. and Dr. Athena Graves (University of Buffalo ’96) is seeking an Associate Dentist to join the practice and to become the owner. The office currently produces over $1.4 million with very low over-head, was built in 2013 and is modern, open 6 operatory practice with plenty of room for expansion. Dr. Graves currently has (2) full-time Hygienists, (3) Dental Assistants, (1) Front Coordinator and (1) Office Manager.

You would benefit as follows:

· Fee For Service practice

· General Dentistry

· Orthodontics

· Endodontics

· $1,000 per day guarantee

· 4-day work week

· 33% of collections

· 401k employer match
