Stuber Health Center Dental Clinic is a patient-focused dental office committed to providing high-quality care in a friendly and professional environment. We are seeking a professional and friendly Dental Front Desk Intake to be the first point of contact for our patients and ensure a smooth and efficient flow of daily operations.

Job Summary:
As a Dental Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our patients. You will be responsible for managing the front office, scheduling appointments, ensuring patients documents are up to date, handling patient communications, administrative duties such as collecting patient money, Medicaid payments, and processing daily/monthly reports. You will also help with the responsibilities of a dental assistant, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional attitude

· Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments

· Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner

· Verify insurance benefits and handle Medicaid-related communications

· Collect co-pays, Medicaid payments, and maintain accurate financial records

· Ensuring patient records and documents are up to date

· Coordinate with clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow

· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

· Processing daily and monthly reports

· Help with dental assisting responsibilities as needed, including: chairside assisting, taking x-rays, and processing and sterilizing dental instruments

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Knowledge of dental insurance billing or Medicaid is a plus

· 1+ year experience preferred

· CPR certification or willing to obtain

· Excellent communication and patient service skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
