Looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City. The Office Manager will be a leader for the team. Must be proficient in office management, and effectively manage day-to-day operations. You will ensure that the fundamental systems and protocols are in place, and play a critical role in efficiently managing administrative tasks, and ensure the practice stays organized and profitable.

Responsibilities

The Office Manager is ultimately responsible for all functions of the office except for direct clinical treatment to patients.
Effective management is necessary to achieve organizational goals, team-oriented employee satisfaction, and financial success.
Managing all technology- evaluate purchases, manage installation and training and keep up with day to day computer/equipment issues.
Hold the team accountable – Provide clear job descriptions, training and job performance expectations and evaluation.
Instill a vision to the team that is goal oriented and backed by the vision and mission statement
Engaging with patients with excellent customer service skills. Posting payments. Account reconciliation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
