Job Description

Oral Surgical Institute is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our newly renovated office in the Franklin/Cool Springs location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Professionally assist with patient check in by greeting patients with a welcoming smile, collecting co-pays and updating appropriate paperwork and daily chart preparation.
Professionally assist with patient check out by scheduling appointments and scanning documents into the electronic medical record.
Answer incoming telephone calls; handle applicable patient concerns.
Must have the ability to perform well in a fast paced, high patient volume practice and multi-task as needed.
Ability to work multiple stations; including check in, check out, phone operator, and preparing charts for the following day.
Answers the telephone in a timely and polite manner.
Notes patient arrival in Practice Management System.
Prepares necessary patient paperwork prior to patient's appointment.
Updates and enters all patient information into the Practice Management System.
Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized.
Routinely demonstrates superior customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
