We are looking for an organized, professional and reliable full time Dental Receptionist for our Nanuet NY office. Must be willing to commute to our Hasbrouck Heights NJ office on Thursdays only. This role is essential for creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere while ensuring smooth front-office operations. Front Desk experience preferred but not required, willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Managing phone calls, emails and patient inquiries
Schedule patient appointments efficiently
Collecting payments/copays
Maintain patient records current
Verify insurance eligibility

Skills :

Maintain effective interactions with all patients
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Computer proficient
Knowledge in dental terminology is a plus
Fluent in both English and Spanish

Monday: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (Nanuet, NY)
Wednesday: 9:00 AM-3:00PM (Nanuet, NY)
Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ( Hasbrouck Heights, NJ)
Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Nanuet, NY)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
