Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our practice full-time. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services in accordance with Virginia Board of Dentistry and ADA clinical standards.
Educate patients on individualized oral health strategies and effective home care routines to promote long-term dental wellness.
Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical documentation, including charting, periodontal assessments, and treatment notes, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Take and process digital dental radiographs as needed, in accordance with state licensure and OSHA protocols.
Uphold strict infection control procedures and ensure full compliance with OSHA, CDC, and practice-specific sterilization and safety standards.
Collaborate closely with dentists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care to every patient.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and continued clinical education.

Required Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Registered Dental Hygienist license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Current CPR/BLS certification from an accredited provider.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, patient-focused demeanor.
Commitment to clinical excellence, ethical care, and team-based collaboration.
Familiarity with digital charting software and digital radiography preferred, but not required.

Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and credentials (ranging from $50–$65/hour, equivalent to $104,000–$135,200 annually).
$2,500 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of continuous employment.
