About the Role

We are looking for someone who has a strong desire to learn, takes pride in helping others, and communicates with warmth and professionalism. No prior experience with our software? No problem—we will train the right person who brings the right attitude and interest in learning.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

Welcoming patients with a friendly smile
Answering phones and replying to emails promptly
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
Verifying dental insurance benefits and frequencies
Processing payments and managing patient accounts
Keeping the reception area tidy and inviting
Running end-of-day reports accurately

Our Tools:

We currently use Eaglesoft and Dental Intelligence—experience is a plus, but we are happy to train!

Who We’re Looking For:

A people person with excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Eager to grow in a supportive dental practice
Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
