Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Dental Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in crown and bridge fabrication, with a strong emphasis on All-on-X cases. Proficiency in digital design is a significant advantage. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a cutting-edge environment where quality and precision are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate high-quality crowns, bridges, and All-on-X prosthetics with precision and attention to detail.

Collaborate with dentists, specialists, and other technicians to achieve the desired outcomes for each case.

Utilize digital design tools and software (such as CAD/CAM) to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of dental restorations.

Maintain and manage lab equipment, ensuring that all tools and materials are in optimal condition.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in digital dentistry and All-on-X techniques.

Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that arise during the fabrication process.

Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards for quality and aesthetics.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in dental technology, particularly in crown and bridge fabrication and All-on-X cases.

Experience in digital design with Exocad and Inlab is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of dental anatomy, materials, and processes.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Certification in dental technology or a related field is preferred.
