Our dental office is looking for an office manager who is passionate about supporting a team dedicated to providing quality dental care! If you enjoy managing employee and patient relations, as well as the ins and outs of managing the day-to-day operations of a busy dental practice, this may be the practice for you! We are located in Clinton, Maryland—a quick commute of only 20 minutes from Virginia and less than 30 minutes from the District. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with no nights or weekends required!

Your Role as an Office Manager

You’ll be an important member of our behind-the-scenes team, supporting your colleagues while building the team as necessary by engaging, retaining and growing talent. That means being in charge of training staff and creating growth opportunities within the practice. You’ll also be:

Overseeing patient scheduling, managing collections and receivables, ordering supplies and navigating other operational expenses
Keeping an eye on staff productivity and supporting the team where necessary
Managing staff training regarding patient care, monitoring equipment, maintenance duties, and compliance issues

What We Need From You

A minimum of 3 years of dental management experience
Knowledge of dental terminology and office metrics
Strong customer service, leadership and communication skills

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
