Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records
Verify insurance eligibility and assist with claim submissions
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front office environment
Answer incoming calls, address patient inquiries, and support the clinical team with administrative needs

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a dental receptionist, preferably in a pediatric or family dental setting
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A patient, friendly, and professional attitude – especially with children and families
Proficiency in Dentrix Ascend and a strong understanding of dental insurance processes is highly preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred – to better serve our diverse patient community

Application Question(s):

Our office hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. We are also open two Saturdays per month. When team members are scheduled to work on a Saturday, they will receive a day off during the week to support a healthy work-life balance. Do our hours work for your personal schedule?
