Position Summary:
The Dental Recruiter will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and placing talented dentists, specialists, and support staff across our growing network of practices. This person is both a relationship builder and a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and recruit general dentists, specialists (oral surgeons, endodontists, orthodontists), and key dental team members
Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing strategies including networking, referrals, social media, and job boards
Collaborate with practice leadership, regional managers, and the executive team to understand hiring needs and growth plans
Promote the brand, mission, and culture of our organization to prospective candidates
Maintain detailed candidate records using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Attend dental conferences, school networking events, and other relevant recruiting functions as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare or dental recruitment preferred)
Proven success sourcing and placing clinical roles in a high-volume environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Passion for healthcare/dental industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
