Dr. Forman is looking to add a dedicated & organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Dentrix software.

We have longterm staff (average length of service is 15 years). We are open to communication and supporting staff. We have a commited team that is lighthearted and we like to laugh and eat chocolate! (We have a chocolate supply fully stocked at all times).

Our office provides high quality comprehensive care to adults in a comfortable setting. Our office has great views of the city.

Opportunity to grow into the Office Manager for the right candidate.

Hours: Mon-Thur 8-5 and every other Fri 8-1

Duties

Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule appointments and managing referrals
Answering calls and responding to emails
Verifying Dental Insurance
Treatment planning including calculuating copayment & reviewing w/ patients
Sending claims to insurance
Support the dental team with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

Previous Dental Office Experience Required for this role
