Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Treatment Coordinator to join our Albright & Thiry family. The Treatment Coordinator must have excellent customer service skills, a dynamic personality, be highly motivated, and detail oriented. The Treatment Coordinator works with our patients to discuss treatment plans, payment options, insurance benefits, and all communications related to orthodontic treatment. Responsibilities

Welcome and support all patients on their orthodontic journey
Communicate with all dental specialist and professionals
Present and explain treatment plans and financial arrangements
Educate and encourage patient's commitment to long-term treatment
Identify, address, and resolve any patient concerns
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Customer service or sales experience a plus
Knowledgeable of dental and medical terminology preferred but not required
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
Ability to be an empathetic, active listener, who has strong follow through skills when speaking with patients
Ability to think creatively, problem solve, and work independently
Must have a growth mindset and the ability to adapt to change
Ability to work within a team environment and lend support, as a team player, to team members as needed
