Lakeside Dental Designs is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team, who is/has:

Warm, energetic, inviting, friendly, self-motivated, and positive attitudes.
Previous front desk / receptionist experience or 1 year experience in a dental office preferred.

Responsibilities:

Greeting patients
Answering phone calls and emails
Scheduling appointments
Verifying insurance information, confirming eligibility, submitting claims
Checking patients in/out
Collecting co-payments/ payments
Managing dental records.
Assist clinical team

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year front office or dental experience (Preferred but not required - we will train)
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Strong computer efficiencies and proficient in operating dental software and office equipment usage (phone, scanner, copier etc.,) (Required)

Work Location:

Peabody, MA.

Hours Per Week:

25 to 35 hours per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $19.00 to $25.00 /hour
