Job Overview
Pearl Dental Services is a fully digital dental laboratory specializing in cosmetic dentistry, implants, and All-on-X restorations. We are looking for a skilled and motivated CAD/CAM Technician to join our expanding digital team.

Duties

Design dental restorations using Exocad or 3Shape
Manage digital cases (crowns, bridges, implants, All-on-X)
Operate milling machines & 3D printers
Collaborate with our design & production team
Maintain quality control and accuracy of designs
Assist with customer case communication when needed

Qualifications

5+ years of CAD/CAM dental lab experience preferred
Proficient in Exocad or 3Shape
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Implant and All-on-X experience is a plus
