Our warm, skilled team is led by Dr. Jeremy Zuniga, a board certified orthodontist who offers a number of orthodontic treatment options, including traditional braces and Invisalign. We are looking for a positive, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in offering our families exceptional care. We are open to a part-time or full time position for the right applicant.

Responsibilities include:

Welcome patients, staff and vendors into the dental office
Checking patients in/out using Quick Ceph dental software and scheduling future appointments
Answering phones and email inquiries
Electronic medical record keeping, including but not limited too: inputting new patients, updating patient demographic information, coordinating insurance benefits, and document scanning
accepting and processing payments
Other daily duties around the office such as the opening and closing procedures

Highly Valued Skills/Experience (but not required):

Dental Assisting experience
Prior experience in a dental setting
Prior experience with scheduling software in a dental or medical setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well organized, reliable and detail-oriented
Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare privacy practices
