We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to give excellent service to our patients. We work in a friendly and fast paced environment with lots of room for growth and personal development.

Responsibilities:

- Perform administrative tasks such as patient check in, insurance verification, checking insurance eligibility/benefits, calling patients to discuss their copays and benefits, appointment scheduling, confirming appointments, collecting copays, and discussing treatment plans provided by the doctor and present it to our patients.

- Provide patients with information on oral health care, treatment plans, and postoperative instructions/translation.

Education/Skills:

- High school diploma (minimum)
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Dentrix software a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be a great team player and be able to multi task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
