We are multi practice dental office currently seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dental team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.

Duties

Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Answer phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
Process patient insurance claims and verify coverage details.
Handle medical records and ensure proper documentation of patient information.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.

Requirements

Proficiency in dental terminology.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing medical records.
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism.

Familiarity with administrative tasks and office management practices. Must have dental experience.
