Experienced Dental Assistant Needed

About Us:
Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry is a thriving and patient-centered dental practice committed to providing high-quality oral healthcare in a comfortable and welcoming environment. We are looking to hire a dedicated, very driven Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. This position is for full-time, day-time hours, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7-3:00pm and Thursday 11-6:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist through all phases of patient care, including preparing patients, performing treatments.
Take and document vital signs (temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, etc.)
Provide oral hygiene tips and educational information to patients in the dental office
Take and document patient charts as part of the treatment process
Assist with patient charting needs after patient treatment is completed
Set up and break down operatories when treating patients.
Manage infection control-prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
Help keep patient retention to 90% or above.
Promote the practice to help us continue to grow.
Promote our family/work culture.

The Ideal Candidate:

Dental Experience Required
CPR Certification
Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Attention to detail
Well-organized and reliable
