Manage phone calls and inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.

Administrative Support:Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Assist with the completion of necessary paperwork and forms.
Handle financial transactions.

Office Coordination:Collaborate with the orthodontic team to optimize the patient experience.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Communication and Customer Service:Communicate treatment plans and financial information clearly to patients.
Address patient concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
Foster a positive and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.

Technology Proficiency:Utilize dental software for appointment scheduling and record-keeping.
Demonstrate proficiency in basic office software and equipment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic setting.

Proficiency in Orthotrac software and basic office applications is a plus.
Understanding of dental terminology and procedures is an asset.
