Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and committed to providing high-quality dental hygiene services. This role involves working closely with patients to promote oral health, perform preventive dental procedures, and assist in the overall management of the dental practice.

Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth, while ensuring patient comfort.
Take and interpret medical imaging as necessary for patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication within the practice.

Skills

Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control practices.
Experience in chairside assisting and familiarity with general dentistry procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and education.
Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
