Overview: We are an established dental practice seeking an experienced, professional, and friendly Office Manager.

You will oversee our growing team of 4 staff and 3 clinicians. The Manager must be a compassionate person yet must remain extremely objective about how team members’ contribution to the practice fits into our overall mission. This Individual must exhibit the skillset to manage while carrying out normal day-to-day duties as needed. Being a patient-focused practice does require an ability to remain focused on providing clients with excellent service in a respectful, enjoyable work environment.

We require you have a minimum of 5-10 years Practice Management experience in a General Dentistry Practice
Responsibilities include but are not limited to management and oversight of:

Relationship Coordinator (recall)

Scheduling/ Restorative Care Coordinator (schedule, financials, and follow-up)

Daily Alignment Meeting (morning huddle)

Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/Insurance

Reports—Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually

Hygiene Department

Administrative Department

Clinical Department

Conflict Resolution

Monthly Meetings

Must be extra friendly, punctual, well organized, and excellent at managing a team. Excellent benefits. Excel and practice management software experience required

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week

Pay: $5,000.00 - $5,001.00 per month
