Job Summary
I am looking for a strong Practice Manager to facilitate day to day operations in an " all hands on deck" approach to management and to collaborate with doctor and leadership team to achieve office goals and special projects.

The practice location is beautiful and located on Main street in Bunn, NC.

Compassionate care is what the team offers within dentistry and the patient needs are our focus.

The practice is busy and the team works hard.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
perform office management tasks, including HR and marketing. Oversee other office management tasks, including scheduling and patient communications.
Leading, managing, and creating accountability with all of the practice team.
Drive practice performance (Ex: Hygiene reappointment, phone call answer rate, A/R, productivity)
Create processes and ensure they are followed throughout the practice.

Requirements

Proven experience in office management within a dental clinic.
Ability to lead teams
Eaglesoft fluency mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,240.00 - $68,797.00 per year
