Join our small, private “work family”! Full-time Dental Assistant starts mid-Oct 2025 (training) and takes over Jan 2026.

This position will begin mid-October 2025 to allow for training alongside our current assistant, who will retire at the end of the year. By January 2026, you’ll transition into the role independently.

You should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a small, private practice where teamwork and flexibility are key. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a laid-back yet professional environment are essential. Proficiency in four-handed dentistry is required, and additional experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures
Capture digital impressions, alginate impressions and take digital x-rays (Dexis)
Maintain accurate patient records and charts
Sterilize and organize instruments and equipment
Support patients by creating a welcoming and comfortable environment
Assist the dentist and team with various daily clinical and administrative tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
