We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Lab Technician to join our growing team and play a critical role in the creation of custom dental appliances that support forward jaw growth and airway health.

Job Responsibilities

As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for fabricating, adjusting, and maintaining high-quality dental and orthodontic appliances. Your work will directly support patients in achieving improved health, function, and confidence. Responsibilities include:

Fabricating orthodontic appliances, retainers, and airway-focused devices (training provided).
Pouring and trimming models, digital scanning, and 3D printing preparation.
Performing appliance adjustments, repairs, and finishing with precision.
Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and safety standards in the lab.
Working closely with the clinical team to ensure appliances meet patient needs and treatment protocols.
Tracking case flow and communicating progress with the front and clinical teams.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills.
Ability to follow precise instructions and established protocols.
Comfortable using lab equipment and basic computer software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
