Clear Aligners (Remote, APAC)

We’re hiring for a Clinical Support Specialist with a leading global clear aligner brand. This remote role covers the APAC region

We’re looking for an Orthodontist or a General Dentist with 5+ years of clear aligner experience, confident in guiding and advising doctors on complex treatment plans.

Manage patient cases by reviewing treatment plans and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
Communicate effectively with patients to address inquiries, provide updates, and offer guidance throughout their treatment journey.
Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure accurate aligner fitting and adjustments.
Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and treatment progress in our database.
Assist in the development of educational materials to help patients understand their clear aligner treatments.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in clear aligner technology.

Requirements

Previous experience in dental assisting or orthodontics is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Proficient in using technology and software applications relevant to remote work environments.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
