The ideal candidate is confident using Dentrix software, thrives in a busy environment, and brings a sharp eye for detail along with a strong work ethic.

At our practice , you wont just be answering phones- you'll be the face of our office, helping create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through the door.

Job type: Full time Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm

Primary Function:

Manage and control daily, weekly and monthly Doctor schedule in order to meet the practice production and collection goals.

Compile data and operate office equipment to maintain business records and reports pertaining to patient treatment.

Ensures patient has extraordinary experience.

Major Responsibility

1. Manages Doctor perfect schedule

2. Manages scheduling and rescheduling of patients with treatment needs

3. Manages Doctor collections and financial arrangements

4. Monitors patients experience to ensure an "extraordinary experience"

5. Other tasks as may be assigned by manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
