Primary Responsibilities:

Welcome patients and guide them through the treatment process with warmth and professionalism
Clearly explain recommended treatment plans, surgical procedures, and associated financial options
Collaborate with the surgical and administrative team to ensure seamless patient care
Verify insurance coverage and prepare accurate treatment estimates
Schedule procedures and follow-up appointments with precision and care
Maintain tracking information and patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Provide top-notch customer service in person, by phone, and via email

Qualifications:

Prior experience in dental office settings mandatory
Knowledge of dental/medical terminology and insurance billing
Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
A friendly, upbeat attitude with a focus on exceptional patient service
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in dental practice software (e.g., OMSVision, Open Dental, or similar)
