About the Role:

As our Dental Practice Leader, you’ll be entrusted with guiding and supporting our team while ensuring patients experience the BRIGHT standard of care—from their first call to their final follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Culture

Inspire and mentor a high-performing team while reinforcing BRIGHT’s values and exceptional standards.
Be a role model for accountability, compassion, and teamwork.

Patient Experience

Oversee the patient journey with attention to detail and service excellence.
Proactively resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Administrative Operations

Manage daily schedules, streamline systems, and optimize efficiency.
Ensure the practice runs smoothly while balancing the needs of patients and team.

Financial & Compliance Oversight

Supervise insurance processing, billing, collections, and reporting.
Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

5+ years of dental practice experience
2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong working knowledge of dental office operations, insurance, and patient care coordination
Excellent communication and organizational skills
