Overview
We are seeking an experienced treatment coordinator for a multi speciality dental office. Must be familiar with dental speciality treatment plan development, presentation and billing. ( PPO and Cash only). More than 10 years of experience as a treatment coordinator required. Please provide references.

Responsibilities
- Take over after the doctor has completed their exam to develop a treatment plan. work with the patient and their family to go over treatment alternatives and financing options.
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Qualifications
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Experience with insurance verification processes
- Familiarity with medical coding and billing practices
- Ability to manage medical records accurately
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
