We are a busy, multi-location Endodontic dental practice seeking a friendly, motivated, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team full-time. Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients, manage check-in and check-out
Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
Verify dental insurance benefits and follow up with carriers
Collect payments and present financial treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records and handle data entry
Monitor and manage the daily appointment schedule
Perform administrative duties including scanning and pre-authorization

Qualifications:

Previous dental office experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional
Fast learner with solid computer skills
Excellent customer service mindset

Schedule:
Full-time | Monday–Friday | Immediate opening | Periodic travel between company office locations is required as part of this job.
