Duties

Check out patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries efficiently.
Verify patient insurance information and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
Maintain organized patient files and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist with the management of front desk operations, including handling correspondence and filing documents.
Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and communication.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental office setting is REQUIRED, particularly in roles involving front desk responsibilities.
Familiarity with processes and dental billing systems is advantageous.
Proficiency in using medical office management software such as Eaglesoft
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with patients and staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 - $24.00 per hour
