Our orthodontic practice is looking for an enthusiastic and exceptional Dental Receptionist/Front Desk for an opportunity to join our new dedicated team!

Responsibilities include:

Patient Experience:

Greeting patients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments
Checking in patients, updating information, and collecting copays
Marketing

Administrative Tasks:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in the dental practice management software.
Processing insurance claims, verifying coverage, and collecting payments.
Preparing dental treatment plans.

Communication and Collaboration:

Clearly communicating with patients about appointments, billing, and treatment options.
Collaborating effectively with the orthodontist and other dental staff.
