Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator needed for a private dental practice in La Verne, CA. Must have knowledge of PPO, HMO and Denti-Cal treatment presentation. Must have implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and restorative dentistry knowledge. Must be numbers oriented, self motivated and be a team player. Must be able to supervise staff and handle patient care on a day to day basis.

As well as the following:

Present and arrange financial arrangements with patients to start dental treatment same day.
Be able to manage patient schedules and patient flow to ensure revenue goals are met.
Maintain an over 70% conversion rate on all treatment presentation.
Understand sequence of treatment and be able to explain treatment phases to patients.
Ensure office is maintaining patient data according to regulations and company policies.
Ensure all charges for services rendered are posted daily with high accuracy.
Ensure daily deposit is balanced and closed at end of day.
Be able to handle patient care on a day to day basis.
Be capable to auditing patient charts and prepare for the next business day.
Capable to audit patient accounts to ensure proper insurance and patient billing is done.
Follow up with treatment pending to ensure treatment acceptance is maximized.
Ensure schedules are booked with projected production to meet revenue goals.
Ensure revenue goals are met monthly.
Work well with team members to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
