We are seeking a bright, personable and motivated professional Treatment Coordinator to join our incredible team. We have opened a new state of the art oral surgery office in Boca Raton, FL. We are looking for the right person with experience in the dental field and experience in presenting treatment plans , insurance and all aspects of front office responsibilities. We strive to provide each patient with a unique and five-star oral surgery experience, that all begins with each and every team member.

Prior experience working in a dental front office is required and experience with treatment planning and insurances is a must!!

Job description for Treatment Coordinator :
1. Presenting treatment plans to patients and discussing insurance benefits and fees
2. Providing excellent customer care to our patients and referrals
3. Coordinating patient check in and check out
4. Scheduling appointments
5. Verifying insurances
5 years experience in a dental office is required
Oral surgery experience strongly desired.
