We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Orthodontic Assistant to join our smile-making team. Help create confident smiles while working in a fun, supportive, and fast-paced environment. Experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!

What You’ll Do:

Welcome patients with a warm, positive attitude and help them feel at ease.
Work alongside our orthodontists during bonding, wire changes, debonding, adjustments, impressions, and digital scans (iTero).
Take patient records, photos, and X-rays with accuracy and care.
Keep our instruments and work areas sparkling clean and fully compliant with OSHA/infection control standards.
Explain treatment steps and post-care instructions so patients feel informed and confident.
Help keep the schedule on track and the day running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

A team player with excellent communication skills and a love for working with people.
Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred (but we’ll train the right rockstar!).
Current CPR and radiology certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Great attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
