We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, utilizing appropriate techniques and tools.
Assess patients' oral health, including reviewing medical histories and vital signs.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Document patient care accurately ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Maintain infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe clinical environment.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans based on patient assessments.
Conduct medical imaging as required, including X-rays, while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Skills

Proficiency in Dental software for managing patient records and scheduling.
Ability to perform patient assessments effectively, ensuring comprehensive care delivery.
Solid foundation in infection control measures to maintain a sterile working environment.
Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
