Our practice is seeking a talented and motivated Office Manager to join our dental team. We specialize in providing top-tier minimally invasive general dentistry, Invisalign treatment, cosmetic dentistry, and we are looking for an individual who can integrate into our patient-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency with treatment planning, insurance verification, Invisalign, and Dentrix. They must also exhibit great interpersonal skills, reliability, and a proactive willingness to learn. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, compassionate professional dedicated to making a difference in patients' lives while advancing their expertise in a modern dental setting.

Led by Dr. Eshom and his son, Dr. Duncan, our practice is family-oriented and fosters a supportive, inclusive environment where respect, teamwork, and kindness are at the heart of everything we do. We prioritize quality over quantity by ensuring that we do not double-book or overbook patients, allowing us to provide the best possible care and attention to each individual.

Our team works across two exceptional dental offices located in the same building: San Diego Invisalign and David Eshom DDS. While operating as two distinct practices, we collaborate closely to provide seamless, comprehensive care to our patients. This partnership allows us to deliver expertise in Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and general dental services with the highest standards of quality and attention.

Monday 9 AM - 6 PM
Tuesday 9 AM - 6 PM
Wednesday 7:30 AM - 4 PM
Thursday 9 AM - 6 PM
Friday's 8 AM-1PM

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient administrative support.
Manage scheduling, including appointments and meetings, while maintaining the doctor's calendar.
Handle insurance verification and patient inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
Supervise office staff, providing training and development as needed.
Maintain organized payment systems and ensure compliance with office management standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
