Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages.
Conduct patient assessments, documenting oral health histories and identifying potential issues.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Manage a busy schedule with support form assistants and modern equipment.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide high-quality patient care in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

Valid dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality.
Proficient in patient assessment techniques and medical imaging technologies.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on patient education.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and independence when required.
